Hi, I’m Dr. Tish Taylor.
I am a licensed child psychologist in Kansas City serving children, adolescents, and their families. I am also a licensed school psychologist with years of experience working in public schools. In addition, I have been an adjunct professor for many years, with most of those years teaching child and adolescent development courses. Lastly, as an author, I provide additional resources to help parents and families through book, publications, social media, and blog posts.

She is very good at what she does – she evaluated my son a few years ago with a very accurate diagnosis – she also assisted with communication to his school when needed. She is professional and very good with working with children.

…Even the small steps that Dr. Taylor recommends, such as “Reminding your child about this social skill before company arrives” will save the evening. Enjoy the many terrific moments when your child is more clever, interesting and clued in than people around him and savor your relationship with your child. Like any child, they will grow up. Like any person, your guidance will help them grow up well. Dr. Taylor’s book will help you do that.
Our teachers are more knowledgeable, more aware, and better able to address and understand different types of kiddos with varying types of mental health concerns. For that, we are so grateful to Dr. Tish.
