The Volcano Erupts (Issues around Emotional Dysregulation): ADHD Parenting Course Module 3

This course will help parents identify challenges with their child’s emotional reactivity and regulation as well as learn coping and teaching strategies.  Even though it is not a component of ADHD diagnostic criteria, many individuals with ADHD have difficulty with emotional regulation and/or quick emotional reactivity. Many individuals with ADHD are often quickly upset, react to situations in a larger fashion than most would, and have a difficult time recovering once upset.  This course will address these issues and accompanying strategies.
